PCOS Emo | Body Image Myths

Kita selalu ada negative thinking tentang badan badan kita. Jika anda ada perasaan seperti dibawah kita kena sentiasa berfikiran positive untuk mendapatkan badan yg ideal.

1. There is a perfect body type (yes, no)
2. All thoughts, feelings and judgments I have about my body are true (yes, no)
3. If I could stop eating then my life would be better (yes, no)
4. I shouldn't go out socially looking the way I do (yes, no)
5. My life would be happier and more complete if I was thinner (yes, no)
6. If I look this way then I must have done something to cause it (yes, no)
7. My body is my enemy (yes, no)
8. It's hopeless. I can't make any changes to my body (yes, no)
