    Makanan-makanan diatas menjejaskan insulin level penghidap PCOS. Ini tidak bermakna penghidap tidak boleh langsung mengambil makanan-makanan yang berasaskan Carbo tetapi hendaklah diambil dalam quantity yang sedikit. Begitu juga dgn makanan yang mengandungi lemak (fats) bukan bermakna penghidap boleh mengambil fats setiap hari.
